About Us
We’re Anna and Emily, co-founders of Serenity. We opened our flagship salon in Potters Bar in February 2015 with a small team of four, growing to 14 therapists before expanding to a second location in David Lloyd Stevenage in 2024.
Our goal has always been to provide exceptional treatments in a warm, professional environment. We believe every client deserves a transformative experience, leaving refreshed and rejuvenated. Our highly trained therapists bring a wealth of knowledge to help you look and feel your best.
With a passion for beauty, we’re expanding further into Knebworth, continuing to spread Serenity across Hertfordshire. We’re proud to offer high-end treatments and a five-star service, earning awards like Best Beauty Salon in Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire (2019 & 2024).
